Why this Menu?
We utilize the same menu each month to make menu planning easier for you. We provide the ingredients for the meals, including chicken, frozen vegetables, pasta, beans, and rice.
The taste of 3 of these meals can be changed simply by changing the spices, because we give you a choice of 4 different spice packets including: Garlic Italian, Lemon Pepper, Curry, & Mexican. This allows the meals to appeal to different taste buds. This idea can be used in any other meals you cook, at home, for a variety of tastes but the same inexpensive ingredients!
Our guests are given a choice of five entrees to choose from:

- Family-Size Chicken Pot Pie (you get chicken, frozen vegetables, biscuit mix, and seasoning)
- Chicken & White Bean Chili (you get chicken, white beans, and seasoning)
- Chicken & Pasta with Vegetables (you get chicken, frozen vegetables, pasta, and your choice of seasoning)
- Chicken & Rice with Vegetables (you get chicken, rice, frozen vegetables, and your choice of seasoning)
- Red Beans and Rice (you get red beans, rice, and your choice of seasoning.
Breakfast consists of a three-day supply of your choice of:
- Biscuits
- Oatmeal (plain or cinnamon and brown sugar)
- Grits
- Cream of Wheat.
