Corporate sponsors

We are a local food pantry that is run entirely by volunteers. All our funding is provided by donations. We do not have any funds allocated to us by the state or federal governments.  Therefore, donations and our volunteers are of utmost importance to continuing our mission.

We are grateful to work with our friends at Hy-Vee to purchase meat and vegetables at great prices.
Over the past three  years (2019-2022) we have received grants and donations from:
Veterans United
Cardinals Care
Premier Property Services
Huber & Associates

Collaborating Congregations and Groups

We want all groups to know that their congregants or members will feel completely at home regardless of their religious affiliation or beliefs.  It is heartwarming to have other congregations recognize our vision and put aside any differences in order to help feed our neighbors. For these reasons, we send all our love to these groups who have pledged monetary, food, and volunteer help.

Individual Sponsors

There is no way for us to possibly recognize everyone who has generously given to The Pantry. We can not express how much it means to us to have people donate their hard-earned money, whether it is $1 or $1,000,000. We are especially thankful for those individuals and families who have made monthly pledges. We are also incredibly grateful for those who have donated their time during prep days, distribution days, dropping off food donations, and doing a myriad of other tasks without which we would not be able to function.
Our Mission

Redefining Food Assistance

The Pantry JC strives to reduce food insecurity and empower residents of mid-Missouri with confidence in food preparation.
We will achieve this by providing our guests with ingredients for complete meals.  We also help to attain this, by providing
recommendations for inexpensive meal ingredients and meals that can teach cooking skills.
It is vital to our organization all guests feel welcome; therefore we have no identification, income, or geographic requirements.
